6I purchased a 3‑month Super Grok subscription via the official Grok website, covering the period from 16 March to 16 June. Despite this, my subscription was terminated in May, before the paid period had ended, and I lost access earlier than agreed. My payment is linked to invoice number XGNRQZZ1-0003. After noticing that my subscription ended prematurely, I sent many emails to your support team, but I have not received any response so far, which has made the situation even more frustrating. I kindly request that my Super Grok subscription be reactivated and that I am granted the full 3‑month usage I paid for, compensating for the period when my access was cut short early.
