I am writing to complain about the unfair restriction placed on my 1win website account on 6 June due to alleged underage gambling. I had only been using the website for one day when my withdrawal ability was suddenly restricted with the explanation that the account was underage, despite the fact that I am over 18 years old. After this restriction, I contacted 1win customer support to clarify the situation and to resolve any age‑related concerns. Instead of offering a verification process or a clear solution, I was informed that I can no longer access their site again. This response is unacceptable, especially considering that I am of legal age and willing to verify my identity and age if required. My main expectation from 1win is to be allowed a full withdrawal of my account balance and for this restriction to be reviewed fairly in light of my actual age. I request that my case be reconsidered, my rightful funds be paid out in full, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of the basis for this restriction.
