I am writing regarding a problem with the verification of my 1win account registered with the email address agunbiademuhamme*****@gmail.com. On May 19, 2026, my account verification failed because I mistakenly submitted incorrect documents, and since then, my account has been restricted for several hours. I have deposited money into this account several times, and at the moment, there is a balance of 3,592.36 naira in the account, as well as some open bets that are still active. When I contacted your support, I was informed that the rejection was due to the age restriction. I would like to state clearly that I am over the legal age and that the new documents I am ready to submit prove this. I kindly request that you reset the verification process for my account, allow me to upload the correct documents, and then reopen and reactivate my account after checking them, so that I can access my balance and my open bets and continue using my account normally.

Hello! We have reviewed the information on your account. Following the security verification, the age restriction was applied correctly and remains final in this case. At this stage, retaking the KYC verification is not available, and withdrawals cannot be processed with the current account status.
