On May 19, 2026, my account verification failed because I mistakenly submitted incorrect documents, and since then, my account has been restricted for several hours. I have deposited money into this account several times, and at the moment, there is a balance of 3,592.36 naira in the account, as well as some open bets that are still active. When I contacted your support, I was informed that the rejection was due to the age restriction. I would like to state clearly that I am over the legal age and that the new documents I am ready to submit prove this.
