1win Blocked My Withdrawal Due to Age Restriction and Locked My Funds


I recently created an account on the 1win website from Nigeria, about 1–2 hours before filing this complaint, and immediately funded it with approximately ₦3,200. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, the system displayed an age restriction message and completely blocked the withdrawal, without offering any option for ID verification or any way to resolve the issue.
This was my very first withdrawal attempt and my first experience using the 1win platform. I have not contacted customer support yet because the system itself clearly shows an age restriction and prevents withdrawals, and there is no clear guidance on how I can recover my money despite not being allowed to use the service.
In this situation, I am requesting that my 1win account be closed and that my available balance of approximately ₦3,200 be refunded to me, since I am not permitted to use the platform due to age restrictions and my funds are effectively locked without any visible solution.
