I have a 1win account where I recently obtained winnings in one of the games, and when I try to withdraw my money I get an error message saying “Access restricted”. I want to complete the KYC identity verification, but in my profile there is no option available to upload my documents or start the verification process. This problem started on 19 June, when I first saw the “Access restricted” message while trying to withdraw. I checked my email but I have not received any information or instructions from 1win about verification or any restriction on my account. Through this complaint I kindly request that my account be reviewed, that the KYC verification option be enabled or that my documents be checked, and that the restriction on my account be removed so that I can withdraw my winnings without further issues.
