Jalwa Game Did Not Credit My ₹2,000 FamPay Deposit and Support Rejected My Request
On 21 June at around 6:27 p.m., I made a deposit of ₹2000 from my FamPay UPI account to add balance in the Jalwa game. The amount was successfully debited from my FamPay account, but it has still not been credited to my Jalwa account. I contacted support regarding this transaction, but the request was rejected and my problem was not resolved. Currently, the money is deducted from my FamPay balance, yet I have neither received the deposit in Jalwa nor a refund back to FamPay. I request that this failed transaction be checked urgently and that the ₹2000 be refunded back to my FamPay account as soon as possible.
