Agoda Showed My Rental in the Wrong Location and Has Not Issued a Full Refund




I am filing a complaint regarding my apartment reservation made through Agoda under the booking number 668513659. The reservation was made 10 days ago for one night, starting on 12 June 2026. The main problem is that the apartment turned out to be located 88 km away from the city in which it was shown and advertised on Agoda. This is a significant distance and completely different from what I expected based on the information in the listing, and it affected my plans and stay. I contacted Agoda customer service about this issue. I was informed that Agoda had contacted the reservation partner regarding the cancellation of the booking and that they are closely monitoring the case and will inform me. However, so far I have not received a final and satisfactory solution. Given that the apartment location was misleading compared to what was shown on Agoda, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for this reservation. I expect Agoda to resolve this situation promptly and to ensure that such misleading information is corrected so that other customers are not affected in the same way.
