1win Personal Cashback Bonus Stopped Despite Continuous Losses

I am writing regarding a problem with the personal bonus / cashback feature on my 1win account. I am using 1win from India. Previously, whenever I lost money, I used to receive a personal cashback bonus automatically within about 12 hours. This continued regularly and I could see the bonus in my account under the personal bonus section. However, for the past 4 months, this cashback has completely stopped. During this period I have lost around 10 lakh rupees in total, but I have not received even 1 rupee of personal cashback, even though earlier it was always credited automatically in similar situations. Nothing was changed on my side regarding how I use the account. I contacted 1win support about this issue, but they did not reply. I feel this situation is very unfair because the personal cashback that I used to receive without any problem has suddenly been stopped without any explanation. My account ID is 71677***. I want my cashback to be credited as soon as possible and I do not accept any injustice or partial treatment. Until this issue is resolved and my personal cashback is paid, I will not continue to play on your platform.
