1win Cashback Not Credited on Big Losses While Other Players Still Get Theirs
I've been using 1win with an INR account and had consistently been receiving cashback on my losses for a long time. For instance, whenever I lost around ₹10,000, I would typically get about ₹500 back in cashback — and that was the norm for quite a while. However, between April 3rd and 9th, while playing Aviator, I lost a total of roughly ₹70,000 and didn't receive a single rupee in cashback. Even today I lost another ₹2,000 and still got nothing back.
I find this completely unfair and it makes me feel like I'm not being treated as a valued member. My friends are still getting cashback on their losses — for example, when they lose ₹5,000 they still receive cashback — yet in my case nothing has been credited despite my losses being significantly higher. I've reached out to 1win customer support about this multiple times, but they've ignored me and haven't given me any real response or solution.
This makes me feel like I'm being singled out and treated differently from other users. I'm requesting that my account and all the losses I incurred between April 3rd–9th and afterward be reviewed, and that the missing cashback be credited to my account in line with the same cashback rules that other players are receiving. I also expect a clear, straightforward explanation of why cashback has been withheld from my losses while other players continue to receive it without any issues.
