Due to a payment problem, I am very angry with 1win. After putting money into my account, it never showed up. When I called their customer service more than once, they told me to first talk to my bank. They are now giving reasons that don't make sense.
This event has fully broken my faith in 1win. It looks like they took a lot of money from people without giving them a way out. I don't trust them anymore because they keep giving me false information instead of fixing the problem.
I want you to either put the money back to my account right away or give me a full refund. 1win needs to be honest about how it plans to handle this problem and stop fooling its users.
