1win Missing Withdrawal to UCO Bank After Completed Transaction

I am writing to report a withdrawal issue I experienced with 1win via UCO Bank. On April 12, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹10,000 from my 1win account using a bank transfer to my UCO Bank account. In the 1win system, the transaction status is marked as “successful,” but the amount has not been credited to my bank account.
Despite the status showing as completed, the funds are missing and have neither reached my UCO Bank account nor been returned to my 1win wallet. I contacted the relevant support channels regarding this issue, but I was informed that they are unable to assist, and the problem remains unresolved.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that my ₹10,000 either be credited to my UCO Bank account or immediately returned to my 1win wallet. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this withdrawal to prevent similar issues in the future.
