I am writing regarding a problem with my 1win account, specifically with KYC verification and a bank transfer withdrawal of ₹25,000 that has been pending for about 6–7 days without any resolution. I requested a withdrawal to my bank account, but the status has remained pending for days. After I emailed 1win support about this, they sent me a KYC link. I clicked the link and completed the KYC process using my PAN card, but the system showed that my selfie did not match. There is no clear explanation of why it failed, and there is no option on my side to retry the selfie or restart the KYC. Despite this, my withdrawal is still not successful. I contacted support again, including via other channels, but instead of helping, they just kept telling me to email them and then sent me the same KYC link again and again, without any real solution or detailed response. I am stuck in a loop where I cannot complete KYC properly, and my money is held in a pending withdrawal. I request that my KYC be manually reviewed and verified. I am ready to provide clear pictures of my documents and a live selfie if needed. After manual verification, I expect you to remove the withdrawal restrictions on my account and process my bank transfer withdrawal of ₹25,000 without any further delay.
