I requested a withdrawal of R1000 via bank transfer to my TymeBank account, but the transaction status on 1win shows that the withdrawal has failed. I have a reference for this failed withdrawal (transaction/withdrawal ID and screenshot) which confirms that the request was created but not successfully processed. I have not yet contacted either 1win customer support or TymeBank, as I would first like a clear resolution from 1win on this failed payout.
