StarMaker Keeps Refusing My A++ Priority Reviews Without Explanation

I am a paying StarMaker user and my account username is “DelaneyB***”. For quite a while now, every single one of my priority review submissions, all of which are marked A++ has been refused with no clear reason given. Despite this, I have continued using the app and paying for its services, but the constant refusal of my A++ priority reviews without any explanation is very discouraging. I have contacted StarMaker multiple times by email and through other support channels, yet I have not received any reply at all. As a paying customer, I would like StarMaker to review my account and clearly explain why my A++ priority reviews are being refused every time, and what criteria are being applied to my submissions.
