I’ve been trying to deposit ₺240 on the 1win platform for two days, but the site continuously fails to process the payment. Every time I try, they tell me to wait 15 minutes and try again, yet nothing changes. It’s extremely frustrating that such a small amount is causing so many issues.
I’ve attempted to deposit using Papara, but the transaction gets canceled. I also tried Payfix, and it was canceled as well. No one from the platform is providing any meaningful assistance to resolve this problem.
