On January 26, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₹1,200 from my 1win account via IMPS in India, to my Yes Bank virtual account. Although the withdrawal was initiated, the amount has not been credited to my bank account for approximately 12 hours, and I have received no update or clear information about the status of this transaction.

I was not provided with any transaction reference ID or withdrawal request ID for this ₹1,200 withdrawal. I contacted 1win customer support through live chat regarding the delay, and I was instructed to contact the email support team. I followed this instruction and emailed support, but I have not received any response so far. I have also checked my Yes Bank virtual account statement and confirmed that there is no credit of ₹1,200.

This is my first withdrawal attempt from 1win to this Yes Bank virtual account, and the lack of transparency, reference details, and response is causing me serious concern. I am requesting that my ₹1,200 withdrawal be processed and credited immediately to my Yes Bank virtual account, and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding the delay and the current status of my withdrawal. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and the payment to be completed within 1–2 hours.

I have been requesting the IMPS/UTR reference number since yesterday. If the withdrawal was actually processed, the UTR must exist. Please share the UTR within 24 hours, failing which I will proceed with a formal complaint to the cybercrime portal with all proofs.

As of the time I am writing this, 1win has provided me with a UTR number for the transaction, but my bank has denied receiving any transaction associated with this UTR.

Until now, the amount has not been credited. The customer support team is not replying and has provided a fake UTR number. I am creating tickets again and again, but they are neither crediting the withdrawal nor giving any proper justification.

Now 1win created another ticket 🤣🤣 Fraud website stay away from 1win They will not give you withdrawal and will just create ticket upon ticket I have tried to resolve my issue my contacting them on various platform still not received 1200 in my bank account.

I'm really pissed off from you guys and from your company now, I have been requesting everyday for quicker resolution because I have a medical emergency in my home and this money would be grateful for help regarding the situation but instead of that I'm getting shit** response from you guys, now I'm damn sure you guys are fraud and instead of taking unnecessary stress from this I should focus on my mother's health now, bbye onwards I'll never ask again or come here or at your platform. Please don't give me more stress by giving false & fake commitments You have already given me a fake transaction number earlier so I don't need anything from you guys now I have already uninstalled your 1win app and keep that money for more scams & frauds, pleasure of all mine to get scammed from you guys 👏🏻👏🏻 I don't need your response anymor I know I got scammed Now I'll do everything legally once I get free from the hospital.
