1win Deposit via PhonePe UPI Not Credited After One Month
I made a deposit of INR 800 on 17 May via PhonePe UPI from my Karnataka Bank account to my 1win bet wallet, but the amount has still not been credited even after one month. The UTR number for this transaction is 322727005562. From 17 May to 16 June I have been contacting customer support every day through the chat box regarding this missing deposit. The agents asked me to provide my bank statement, which I have already submitted, but despite this, my issue has not been resolved and I have not received any clear explanation. I am urgently requesting that the amount of INR 800 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible for this unsuccessful or uncredited transaction, and that I be informed in writing once the refund is completed.
