Hello, my 1win ID is 344724***. I would like to clarify one important point regarding my deposit. My transaction was made on 2 February and was processed as an internal bank transfer. Therefore, it has a 13-digit reference number instead of a standard 12-digit UTR used in UPI transactions. This is the reason your system is not able to detect or display this payment correctly. Since your system is unable to find my transaction, I request you to guide me properly on how I can activate this deposit using a 13-digit reference number. Please clearly explain:- How to enter a 13-digit reference number in your system, OR- Provide a proper activation method for such transactions, OR- Kindly activate the deposit manually from your sideI have already provided all valid proofs, and the amount of ₹50,000 was successfully debited from my account on 2 February and has not been refunded. I request a proper resolution to this issue, as I have been waiting for more than 50 days without any clear outcome. Kindly avoid sending repeated standard responses and resolve this matter at the earliest. Thank you.

My transaction was an internal bank transfer, which generated a 13-digit reference number instead of the standard 12-digit UTR used in UPI transactions. This is likely the reason why your system is not able to automatically detect my payment. In this case, I kindly request you to guide me on how I can activate this deposit using a 13-digit reference number, or please let me know if such transactions can only be handled manually from your side. I have already provided all the necessary proofs, and the amount of ₹50,000 was successfully debited from my account and has not been refunded. Thank you for the update. Kindly confirm that the deposit request dated 2 February currently being processed refers to my ₹50,000 internal bank transfer, and not the earlier reversed transaction. Also, I understand that this payment is not yet activated because it generated a 13-digit UTR. I need your help. How can I activate this UTR? Thank you.

And one thing I want to add that my bank also confirmed that receiver means your payment provider has closed his bank account that's why they are not giving you the proper resolution you can ask them for bank statement and please check it manually not check with based upi because it is bank transfer internal hope you understand please if you didn't resolve my problem so I will never play 1 win again🙏😭
