I made a deposit of 44 USDT to my 1win account via the Tron (TRC20) network to the address provided by the platform: TCYoC47d3VEtjUfTd22HZc3GbkCFiQwBU3. My user ID on the platform is 672***. The transaction appears as “Completed” on the blockchain, and the Transaction ID is af33B...A1f8b. Despite this, my account balance on 1win still shows zero and the deposit has not been credited. I contacted support and only received automated and unhelpful replies instead of a real check of the payment on the network. My request is that this 44 USDT deposit be manually verified on the Tron (TRC20) network and immediately credited to my 1win account. I am ready to provide transaction and payment screenshots as proof if needed.

"The issue has been sorted out. A senior manager from the 1win support team reached out to me directly. Apparently, there was a temporary payment gateway sync issue with crypto deposits on that specific day. My 300 USDT were manually credited to my account, plus they gave me a 20 USDT no-deposit bonus as an apology for the delay. Everything is fine now, fair play to them!"
