Deposit Via DuitNow Not Credited – Urgent
I made a deposit to my 1win account on 22 June 2026 at around 10:30 AM, but the money has still not been credited. I transferred a total of USD 350.00 from my RHB Bank account via DuitNow instant transfer to the Maybank account details provided by 1win. The payment was successfully completed on the bank side and the amount was deducted from my account, but it did not appear in my 1win balance. The bank transaction reference ID for this transfer is 77102026402391823, and I have a bank receipt clearly confirming that the transfer was successfully completed via DuitNow instant transfer. Despite this, my 1win account balance has not been updated and the deposit is effectively missing. I contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but I only received automated replies asking me to wait, without any proper investigation or clear answer. No one has provided a concrete update, explanation, or solution about where my money went, even though the payment was clearly successful from my bank. I expect 1win to immediately investigate this transaction using the provided reference ID, locate the payment and credit the missing USD 350.00 to my account without any further delay. If the deposit cannot be credited for any reason, I request that a full refund of USD 350.00 be issued back to my RHB Bank account as soon as possible, along with a clear and detailed explanation of what went wrong with this deposit.
