1win TRC20 Deposit Confirmed on Blockchain but Balance Still Zero
I am experiencing a serious problem with my 1win account balance related to a missing USDT deposit and I am very frustrated with the way this is being handled. I transferred exactly 583 USDT via the TRC20 network to fund my account. My wallet app shows that the transaction succeeded on April 30. The transaction hash is 1ba63cbd56795442b1a732e8fe54c397949763c7679f6a5e32df303691fd7fe4. My user ID on 1win is 819***. The money has clearly left my funding account, but my gaming balance on 1win still remains at zero. I contacted the support team and they claim that the payment provider has not registered the deposit yet. However, the blockchain is public and the transfer is completely verified, so this explanation does not make sense to me. I am tired of these fake delays that effectively hold onto player funds instead of crediting them promptly to the account. I request that my 583 USDT deposit be credited to my 1win balance without any further delay, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this transaction, which is confirmed on the blockchain, has still not been reflected in my account.
The funds are now in my account. I accidentally sent them to an old deposit address that I had saved in my crypto wallet’s address book.
