I am frustrated with 1win's deposit system. Every time I deposit money via bank transfer, the funds do not reflect in my account. Instead, I receive a "pmnt" code and am told to wait between one and seven days for processing. However, even after a full week, the deposit still does not appear in my balance.
Sometimes, they never return the money, or in rare cases, they send it back to my IBAN account after a long delay. Today, without my previous "pmnt" request being resolved, I deposited again, and once more, they issued another code—meaning I now have to wait another week.
This is unacceptable. I demand immediate action and a clear explanation from 1win's support team. I expect my funds to be credited or refunded promptly. Someone from the company must contact me to resolve this issue ASAP.
