1win Deposit Not Credited After 7 Days – Poor Customer Support and Delays

It’s been 7 days since I made my deposit on 1win, and the funds still haven’t been credited to my account. This is beyond frustrating. On top of that, customer support is incredibly rude, giving me the same copy-paste responses over and over. How can a deposit take 7 days to process? They keep telling me the issue is on my end, which is ridiculous. If the problem were on my side, I wouldn’t have been able to make the payment in the first place. Yet, they take the money and then claim they never received it. This is unacceptable and unfair. 1win, please fix this issue immediately. I am extremely disappointed with your service.
