1win Deposit Missing Despite Successful Tyme Bank Card Payment

I made a deposit on 1win today using my bank card, but the money was deducted from my account and has still not reflected in my 1win balance. On 31 May 2026 at approximately 10:57, I deposited R50 via my Tyme Bank card to my 1win account, and the amount was immediately debited from my bank. The Tyme Bank transaction reference for this payment is 27872502921. Despite waiting for several hours, the R50 has not appeared in my 1win account, and I have not received any explanation or notification from 1win about a delay or failure. I am accessing 1win from South Africa. I kindly request that you either credit the missing R50 to my 1win account as soon as possible or refund the full amount back to my Tyme Bank card. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this deposit did not reflect even though the payment was successfully processed by my bank.
