1win Deposit Cancelled But Amount Has Been Debited From My Account

On 17 June 2026, I attempted to deposit 300 rupees into my 1win account via UPI. The transaction was cancelled on 1win, but the amount was still debited from my bank account and has neither been refunded nor credited to my 1win balance. I reported this issue to 1win support, but they have not paid any serious attention to my complaint and I have not received any concrete help or solution. This careless handling of my money is unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I urgently request that my 300 rupees be immediately credited to my 1win account or refunded to my bank account without any further delay, and that I receive clear confirmation once this problem has been resolved.
