On September 19, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of KES 42,000 from my 1win account (User ID: 648175**), choosing the Mpesa transfer option to my mobile account 254724***092. Although 5 full days have now passed, the funds have still not been credited to my account, while on their platform the withdrawal shows as successful with a tick. During this period, I contacted 1win customer service multiple times, but each time I was only told to wait—first up to 48 hours, then 72 hours, and afterward I was asked to send an Mpesa statement from September 19 to the present. After reviewing it, they opened a request with their payment system, which they now claim will take up to 7 more days to process. I am frustrated, as a simple withdrawal that should take minutes has dragged on for days without any concrete solution. This is unacceptable, especially since this was a standard withdrawal request and I had never experienced such delays with 1win before. This delay has caused me financial inconvenience and a loss of trust, as I relied on the platform to process my withdrawal promptly. I demand that 1win immediately completes my withdrawal request or refunds my account so I can make a fresh withdrawal, and that they ensure such unreasonable waiting periods do not happen again.
