Vivense Lena Sofa Set Arrived With Wrong Color and Poor Quality
I purchased a Lena two-seater sofa set from Vivense, and the product was delivered to me last week. From the moment I received it, I noticed that the sofa did not match the color shown in the product photos on the Vivense website. In addition, the overall quality is very poor; the stitching is sloppy and uneven, and this makes it uncomfortable and almost impossible to sit on the sofa properly. I submitted a return request for the seats via email and clearly stated my reasons, namely the color mismatch and poor workmanship. Vivense responded that the product was “made to order” and therefore could not be returned. I do not find this response acceptable, because I received a product that does not match the visuals and has obvious quality issues, and I have not been given any reasonable solution. Furthermore, it is almost impossible to reach Vivense by phone, and my emails are only answered after several days, which makes the process even more frustrating. As a consumer, I expect a full refund for this sofa set, given that it does not match what was advertised and has serious quality problems. I will also be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and will share the outcome of that process here.
