1win Payment Issue: Large INR Deposits Stuck In Pending Status

My two deposits of 20,000 INR and 10,000 INR are still pending in my 1win account since 1 September 2025. I have tried contacting the support team many times, sent several emails, and submitted multiple queries, but nothing has been resolved to this day. The support team seems completely unresponsive, and all they have done is open tickets without taking any real action. The ticket for 10,000 INR is PMNT-3546005, and the ticket for 20,000 INR is PAYVIP-860082, both raised under the VIP category. I want my pending deposits to be processed immediately.

Nothing is being fobe till date, it seems no impact of the complaint raised here !
Hello! We have received an update from the provider. The provider did not receive the funds for this deposit. Therefore, this deposit cannot be processed or credited. If the money has not been returned to your account, we recommend contacting your bank’s technical support to initiate the refund procedure.

Just useless auto-replies from 1win. I sent 100 emails with payment slips, all transaction details, and even my bank statement, but no one replied. How can the bank refund an amount that was already transferred to 1win’s payment provider?
