When I contacted live support, I was first told that the payment would be processed within 24 hours. Then, without any explanation, this timeframe was suddenly changed to 7 days. Meanwhile, the moderators on Telegram blocked me, so I can no longer get any information from there either. The inconsistent timelines and the loss of communication have seriously damaged my trust.
