1win Account Blocked After Withdrawal

I am a 1win customer from South Africa and my account was blocked today right after the verification process was completed. Until the blockage, I was using my account normally and I had initiated a withdrawal of 500 from my balance. After the account was blocked, I tried to contact 1win customer support, but I have not received any response so far and I have not been given any explanation for the reason my account was blocked. At the moment, I cannot access my account or my money. I request that my account be urgently reviewed and either unblocked so that I can continue using it, or that my balance of 500 be paid out to me without further delay, along with a clear explanation of why my account was blocked after verification.
