1win Account Blocked After ₹50,000 Withdrawal Request via IMPS

I created an account on 1win and deposited ₹50,000 via UPI bank transfer to place bets on Indian Premier League cricket. After the match was canceled due to rain, I decided to use the same deposited amount to play Aviator instead. Later, on April 6, I submitted a withdrawal request for ₹50,000 via IMPS to my bank account.
Shortly after making this withdrawal request, my 1win account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. I have already completed all required verification steps and submitted my documents as requested, but my account remains blocked. Additionally, I am not receiving any clear or helpful response from customer support.
Due to this situation, I am unable to access my account or my funds, and I am concerned that I have effectively lost my ₹50,000. I request that my 1win account be immediately reactivated so I can access my balance and complete my withdrawal of ₹50,000 via IMPS as originally requested. I also expect a clear explanation for why my account was blocked and a prompt resolution to this issue. My account number is 357494373.

That was not my fault. Yesterday’s IPL cricket match was canceled due to a rain delay. After that, I played Aviator and requested a withdrawal. I have never used any third-party bot, nor do I have multiple IDs, and I did not request a withdrawal without playing. So how can my account be blocked? I played using my total deposited balance. This response from your side is not acceptable. I request you to recheck everything and process my withdrawal. At least return my pending withdrawal amount. I do not want to lose ₹50,000.
