ApexFlowVector Order Marked Delivered but Never Received

I placed an order for a garden arbour via apexflowvector.com on 13.07, with the delivery time indicated as 15–20 days. Some time later I received tracking information on 17track.net and the status shows that the parcel with tracking number ZA07042707301 was delivered from China to Poland. In reality I have never received this parcel at my address. Despite the “delivered” status shown on 17track.net, the product has not been handed over to me and I do not have the ordered garden arbour. I consider this situation unacceptable, because I paid 405,45 for the order and have been left without the product. I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this order as soon as possible, as the garden arbour has not been delivered to me despite being marked as delivered in the tracking system.
