17Track Shows Delivered but Cecile Lovers Package Not Received


I am writing regarding a shipment I have been tracking through 17Track for a dress I ordered from the website Cecile Lovers - EU. According to the tracking information, the package status was updated to “delivered” on April 20th; however, I never received this parcel at my address. The tracking number for this shipment is: ****. I have been waiting for this delivery and monitoring the tracking closely, so seeing it marked as delivered even though nothing has arrived is very concerning. After noticing the incorrect “delivered” status, I contacted the seller, Cecile Lovers - EU, but I have not received any response from them so far. Since the dress has not been delivered to me despite the tracking information claiming otherwise, and because I have not been given any explanation or solution, I no longer feel I can trust this order. I request a full refund for this purchase as soon as possible.
