My 17track International Order Not Moving in Customs

On October 21, I ordered Luvinya compression socks from Luvinya. I’ve been tracking the shipment through 17track with the tracking number 4PX3002125811230CN. I paid a total of $26. However, even after 22 days, my package is still stuck in customs and has not been delivered. The item is being shipped from China, and the tracking page shows the status “Turkey handed over.” When I contacted the seller, they only told me that the product was in customs and didn’t provide any further explanation. I also have not been asked for any additional fees or documents so far.
This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this, and I want this problem resolved as soon as possible. I request that my order be delivered promptly to my address in Samsun.
