My 17track International Order Stuck in Customs and Never Arrived
On October 18, 2025, I ordered a Tiyess-brand dress from the Tiyess website and paid $64. I tracked the shipment through 17track using the tracking number 4PX3002133333625CN. However, the product was not shipped for five days, so I contacted the company via WhatsApp. They told me they were having issues with their shipping system and that the package would arrive within 6–12 business days. Despite messaging them for a week, I never received a clear answer. After submitting a complaint on Şikayetvar, they finally responded and I learned that the dress was being shipped from China.
The tracking page showed that my package remained in customs for about 20 days. During that time, I requested a refund, but they told me that since the item was coming from abroad, they could not intervene and that I could return it only after it was delivered. However, on November 11, 2025, the tracking system showed the package as “delivered.” I was home that day, and I did not receive any calls, messages, or delivery. The day before (November 10), I had already submitted a refund request. I am absolutely certain the dress never arrived.
I paid by credit card. I have all supporting documents ready for review, including the bank receipt, camera footage, and message history. I do not accept placing blame on the shipping company. I request an immediate refund of my payment. If my request is not fulfilled, I will pursue legal action.
