My Deposit Not Credited Despite Successful Bank Payment

I made a deposit of 5,000 INR to my 10cric account on 14/06/2026 at 7:52 pm via UPI with UTR number 400666446*** but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The payment was successfully debited from my bank, yet it is not reflected in my 10cric balance. After noticing this issue, I contacted 10cric customer support and they only informed me that a ticket has been raised, without providing any clear resolution or time frame. The delay and lack of transparent information are causing me serious inconvenience. I request that my missing deposit of 5,000 INR be credited to my 10cric account as soon as possible or the amount be refunded back to my original payment method, and that I be informed clearly about the status of this transaction.
