Deposit Deducted but Not Credited to Betting Account

I have a 10cric account registered in India with the email ID rajk7***@gmail.com. On 9 May 2026, I made a deposit of ₹50,000 using UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 10cric account. When I contacted 10cric support about this issue, they replied that they have never received the funds. However, from my side the transaction has been completed and the money has been taken from my account, so there is a clear mismatch between their system and the actual payment status. I request that 10cric immediately locate this transaction and credit the full amount of ₹50,000 to my 10cric account without any further delay.
