10Cric Has Not Credited My Two Pending UPI Deposits

On 15 June 2026 I made two UPI deposits to my 10Cric account which are still pending, even though the money has been deducted from my bank account. I deposited 1,805 INR at around 9:51 am and 1,850 INR at around 11:23 pm. Neither of these amounts has been credited to my 10Cric balance till now. I contacted 10Cric customer support and they told me that the deposits would be credited within 30 minutes, but this has not happened. This is not the first time there are delays, and this situation is causing me serious inconvenience and loss of trust in your platform. I request that both deposits, 1,805 INR and 1,850 INR from 15 June 2026, be credited to my 10Cric account immediately without any further delay.
