I am using 10cric for online betting in India and I am writing about a serious delay in my withdrawal request. On 7 April 2026 at 10:23:24, I requested a withdrawal of ₹35,000, and the status is still showing as “Processing” with withdrawal ID 2b2dd68d-59b5-4fa5-b8ab-484db26be49d. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the timelines you state for processing withdrawals. All required bank details, including my account number, IFSC and bank name, have already been provided correctly, so there should be no reason for such a long delay. I have also contacted your customer support regarding this issue, but the problem remains unresolved. I request that this issue be immediately escalated to the relevant payments team and that my ₹35,000 withdrawal be processed and credited to my bank account without any further delay. If this matter is not resolved within a very short time, I will be forced to escalate it further through public complaint platforms and other available channels.
