10Cric Withdrawal Not Processed

I am writing to report an issue with a pending withdrawal from my 10Cric account. On 23 March 2026, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹31,000 to my Union Bank of India account via bank transfer. Since that date, the withdrawal status in my 10Cric account has been continuously showing as “processing” and has not been completed for more than a week. My withdrawal request is linked to the following ID: 97cacb25-d717-4a14-bfd1-102440561ed0. Due to this prolonged delay, I contacted 10Cric support multiple times through chat, email, and call. However, I have not received any clear or concrete answer about the reason for the delay or when the withdrawal will actually be processed, which is causing serious inconvenience and concern, especially since this is a significant amount. I request that my ₹31,000 withdrawal be processed and credited to my Union Bank of India bank account without any further delay, and that I be given a clear confirmation once the transaction is completed.
