I recently created a new account on the 1win platform from Nigeria using the username “GOCgvy” and the email address “omoadeleye****@gmail.com.”

On May 12, I funded the account through the Android application using bank transfer deposits. I deposited ₦1,000 twice on the same day. After losing the first ₦1,000 while using the platform, I deposited another ₦1,000, leaving a remaining balance currently locked inside the account.

However, when I attempted to make my very first withdrawal from the platform, the system immediately displayed an age restriction notice and completely blocked the withdrawal process.

What makes this situation extremely frustrating is that I was never given any opportunity to upload identification documents, verify my age, or complete any form of account verification. The restriction was applied instantly without offering any proper resolution process.

This was my first time ever using 1win and also my first withdrawal attempt on the platform. Despite this, I was simply informed that I could not use the service because of age restrictions, without any clear instructions explaining how I could resolve the issue or recover my funds.

I attempted to contact 1win support through the in-app live chat system, but I could not find any support category that properly matched my issue, and I did not receive any meaningful guidance or assistance regarding my blocked withdrawal.

At the moment, my money remains trapped inside the account solely because of this age restriction notice, while no visible solution or verification option has been provided to me.

Under these circumstances, I request that my 1win account associated with the email address “omoadeleye*****@gmail.com” and username “GOCgvy” be closed and that my remaining available balance be fully refunded to me immediately, since I am allegedly not permitted to use the platform and currently cannot access my own funds.
