Unjust Account Bans on 101 Okey Plus – Demanding Refund for Unauthorized Purchases

I’m extremely frustrated with 101 Okey Plus and Zynga. My account was unfairly banned, and now I can’t access the game from any of my accounts. Even new accounts I create are automatically banned. After my phone was hacked, several unauthorized chip purchases were made from my account. When I requested a refund, I was banned from the game, and no refund was issued. This is completely unacceptable. I want my money back for the unauthorized purchases and demand that this issue be resolved. I will never use this platform again.
