I was playing Zynga Okey 101 Plus in partner mode when my account was suddenly banned without any explanation, despite not engaging in any cheating. I have invested both time and money into the game, purchasing chips and other in-app items. It’s unfair to ban my account without providing a reason, especially given my commitment to the game. I respectfully ask Zynga to review this decision and restore my account. It’s disappointing to lose access without justification, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.
