Encountered Cheaters in Zynga 101 Okey Plus – Seeking Fair Resolution
On October 12, 2023, I encountered three players using cheats in the "Zynga 101 Okey Plus" app. Despite my numerous emails and complaints, the responses I’ve received have been dismissive and unhelpful. As a loyal customer who regularly purchases chips, I find it unacceptable that the platform does nothing to protect fair play and ignores the issues affecting paying users. It feels like blatant injustice that I continue to lose due to cheaters without any support or transparency from Zynga.
I have spent a significant amount on chip purchases just this month, only to face the same problem repeatedly. It's incredibly frustrating that no action is taken to address this, nor do they provide any genuine feedback on my complaints. I urge Zynga to address this unfairness and take steps to resolve my ongoing issues.
