I Loaded 36,000 UC in PUBG But Didn’t Receive My Purchase Reward

I recently spent a significant amount of money to load nearly 36,000 UC into my PUBG account, expecting to receive the purchase reward that’s clearly advertised. However, the system shows that the UC amount hasn't fully registered, and as a result, I haven’t received my bonus gift.

Why am I experiencing this issue after making such a large purchase? This isn’t a minor top-up — it’s a serious transaction, and the reward system should work properly. I feel extremely disappointed, especially since I followed all the steps as instructed.

I’m asking PUBG support to urgently fix this problem and credit my account with the missing purchase gift. I expect a fast response — this needs to be resolved immediately.
