I am writing to complain about the ban on my account on the Bigo Live application, which I use on an Android phone. My account has been banned for about 150 days, and I am no longer able to access it or use it.

The ban occurred after my younger brother briefly spoke with me while I was using the application. Shortly after that, my account was banned, even though I did not intentionally violate any of the rules or terms of use, and I did not receive any clear explanation of the exact reason for this ban.

I kindly request that you carefully review my account, lift the ban, and reactivate my Bigo Live account as soon as possible, as I would like to continue using the application normally.
