101 Okey Plus Banned My Account Unfairly Despite Playing Solo and Following Rules

I’ve enjoyed playing 101 Okey Plus for years and have never faced a ban, plus I frequently buy chips. Today, I found myself unexpectedly banned for "collaborative play," and it feels utterly unjust. I prefer to go it alone, handling everything by myself. In a recent game, another player made a move that unexpectedly led to my victory, which appeared to frustrate some of the other participants. Consequently, my account was banned, leading to the loss of all the chips I had gathered through my purchases and gameplay. This situation seems unfair, as I followed all the rules.
