101 Okey Plus Banned My Account for “Collusive Play” Without Any Reason

I play 101 Okey Plus through Facebook. Yesterday around 7:30 PM, when I tried to log into the game, I received a message saying, “Your access to the game has been banned.” The screen also mentioned something about “collusive play.” I’ve never encountered an issue like this before, and my account had approximately 2 million chips. I usually purchase chips every two days.

I haven’t been able to contact customer support because there’s no available help channel for this issue. My Facebook account ID is 89334249359.

I have never engaged in cheating or any behavior that violates the game’s rules. I request that my account be reactivated and my access restored, as this ban is completely unjustified.

No one got back to me. There is no contact person, no support line, it's a careless place.
