Unable to Access My 101 Okey Plus Account Due to Alleged Collusion Error

I suddenly encountered an issue logging into my 101 Okey Plus account without any wrongdoing on my part. I have never cheated or violated any rules, yet I can't access my account because of a supposed collusion error. This makes no sense to me, and I can’t understand why this is happening. Please restore my account immediately. If you don't resolve this, I will report this issue everywhere and ensure it gets fixed. I had a significant amount of chips, and they cannot just go to waste.
