I Cannot Access My Binance Global Account Because It Rejects My ID

I’ve been trying to get into my Binance Global account for a week now, but I keep running into the same issue. Once I put in the Google Authentication password, the system prompts me for verification details and turns down my Turkish ID number, even though it matches perfectly with my official ID. It’s really confusing and has made me feel stuck. I depend on this account for key transactions, and not being able to get into it has thrown off my daily routine. I’ve gone through everything and checked all the details, but I’m still locked out. I'm getting in touch because I really need some assistance. It shouldn't be this difficult to show who I am when all the details are correct. I really hope someone at Binance notices this and takes action.
